Who is responsible

The data controller is the company named in the footer of every page, at the address shown there. For any request about your data, write to the email address in the footer.

What we collect and why

This site has four forms: booking a visit, gift vouchers, reserving wine for collection, and contact. They collect only what is needed to answer you:

• your name, email address and phone number, to confirm and manage your request;
• the details of your request (date, time, number of guests, wines, voucher message);
• anything you write in the notes field, such as allergies or accessibility needs. Health information is used only to prepare your visit.

We use this data to fulfil your request (pre-contractual and contractual steps) and to protect the forms from spam (legitimate interest). We do not use it for marketing, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

Booking, voucher and reservation records are kept for as long as the law on accounting and tax records requires. Contact messages are deleted 12 months after the conversation ends.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are processed by our own booking system. No advertising or analytics companies receive your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the email address in the footer. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
