Booking and cancellation terms

Your booking

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. The price per person and the total are shown before you send the request, and nothing is added afterwards.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the visit by replying to your confirmation or writing to the email address in the footer. For later cancellations, we may ask for a contribution towards food already prepared for experiences that include lunch.

If we have to cancel

If weather or circumstances force us to cancel, we offer another date or a full refund of anything already paid.

Allergies and accessibility

Please tell us about allergies and accessibility needs in the notes field so we can prepare. Part of the vineyard walk is on uneven ground.
